Epigenetic regulation plays an essential role in setting up the transcriptional program of immune cells. And altered epigenetic states contribute to the onset of immunological disorders. Moreover, infectious agents can directly modify the epigenetic landscape of host cells, blocking the immune response of the host organism or hijacking host metabolic processes to boost their own production.

The conference program will include the latest experimental advances and technical developments in the fields of genomics and epigenomics. We will specifically focus on microbial infections and immunity. The goal is to cover this broad field through a series of high-quality, multidisciplinary talks discussing overlapping subjects. This should provide a broad understanding of the field, even for participants at early stages of their careers or new to this research topic.

The meeting will be held in the Turing Auditorium at Université Paris Diderot in the heart of the city. The meeting will host around 90 people, providing opportunities for extensive interactions among participants in a friendly and comfortable environment.
